yeah, I agree, I feel like you could make a app, where people could talk about combos, and stuff like that. And have a deck builder, and I think a database would work, so why not lol.

Tons. There's no toolbox app that's usable IMO. Deck testing, forums and binders would all be fantastic. Obviously there's no way to trade but having visible binders so people could help you construct decks/bragging rights would be sick. And the game itself is ridding another wave of popularity with the recent addition of the standard format and new set.
