+1/+1 counters on a man land

If I activate a man land and it acquires a +1/+1 counter Would it remain after the man land reverts back to a regular land at the end of the turn?

Yes the counters stay on it

Counters on a permanent stay while change its type. Same thing goes if an artifact with -1/-1 counters on it becomes animated by  {Ensoul Artifact} or {Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas} it becomes a 5/5 plus it's counters.

Happened to me on a cube draft when I copied  {Glen Elendra Archmage} with {Phyrexian Metamorph} then when it came back I copied  {Thran Dynamo} and animated it with the tezz. Was a 4/4. Oh so curious interactions magic
