Ok I understand when a card says "sacrifice at the end of turn".  But what about when it says "sacrifice at the end of next turn"?  Do you sac it at the end if the literal next turn.....meaning your opponents turn........or do you sac it at the end of your next turn?

Spikepit

I believe it would be the opponent's next turn. Im pretty sure, don't quote me on it though, that there are some cards that say at the end of your next turn.

But my memory is ðŸ'©

BlackJester

Do you have any specific examples?  Cards with that oracle wording.

"...at the beginning of the next end step." will set up a trigger the next time and end step occurs. Meaning the same turn it was cast.

...however, If the turn ends with the trigger still on the stack...*im thinking of a certain "sundial"*. 😉

Hmmmmm will it work?  I R keep me 7/1 trample token?

BlackJester

Since the exile is part of the original spell, and not a static ability like on {Ball Lightning}, if the trigger is countered or doesn't resolve, the trigger never happens again. I.e. you keep the token.
