If I use {Condemn} on {Kaalia of the Vast} as soon as attackers are declared, does my opponent still get an angel, demon, or dragon?

If I use {Condemn} on {Kaalia of the Vast} as soon as attackers are declared, does my opponent still get an angel, demon, or dragon?

Yes. Once she is declared as an attacker her ability goes on the stack. If something happens to her the ability still resolves and puts in the demon, Angel or dragon. Kaalia then goes to the bottom (or if the player chooses the command zone) and continues combat. But priority must be passed first by the attacker before you can condemn.
