Could it be you have Imtg2 (to be rebranded plus)? As that version doesn't have an update in the Dutch AppStore as well.

I still do not understand the planechase format.

Its basicly a normal ffa game but each turn you roll a die and depending on what you roll something happenes depending on the plane. Sometimes the roll can cause the plane to change to a different plane. Basicly it is a way to spice up FFA game modes.
