More probes less rancor. Imo. You want to see their hand before you blow your load.

I think maybe 2 less lands and 2 more probes. You have the hierarchs to make up for the deficit, and will still have the rancors for the trample.

I believe if you are splitting 6 slots among mutagenic growth and might of old krosa then you really need 4 might of old krosa and only 2 mutagenic growth

Imo I would reduce wild defiance to 2, up git probe +2
-1 fetch, -1 Spellskite main (throw one in the side) and +1 might and +1 vines.

But if you want to run 4 wild defiance main, somehow get mutegenic to 4 (it's basically a free +5/+5 when wild defiance is out) and also get {distortion strike} in there too. It's really good when you have a wild defiance out.
