Hey all. This is my first even semi-serious deck, as I'm just getting into MtG. So... Comments, complaints, concerns? How can I make this suck less.

Well for the sake of consistency, it's good to try and run 3-4 of a card rather than a lot of 1-2 ofs.  Also your main deck only has 59 cards, which you're supposed to run a minimum of 60 (unless you happen to be doing some special format).

Alright, threw an extra land in there. Anyway... Advice on what I should take out? Which ones I should have more of?

Well ask yourself, what theme or goal do you want for this deck. You have a huge mix of things in there that simply don't synergize. For example,  {Kalastria Healer} and {dominator drone} don't work with each other well. So figure out your theme first. Based on the cards you have in there, try to go for either a death / graveyard themed deck, allies, or eldrazi.

When you say semi serious do you mean kitchen table or a format?

In theory, modern. And, I've been trying to go with ghastly conscription as my go-to card, so probably leaning toward graveyard. Recommendations?
