Lorthos

With the current events in the Uncharted Realms, I feel like an honor to  {Lorthos, the Tidemaker} is in order, but I could use some suggestions. All I can come up with is artifact ramp + {Tezzeret the Seeker}.
Any ideas?

Whatever you do don't forget {Dismiss into Dream} with lorthos, target 8 creatures and kill them all

That's great input, thanks. Mono-blue monsters from the sea,  powered by artifact ramp with Tezz & {aphetto alchemist} steering that package.
At least when Tezz summons, you don't end up Sushi..
