This is the most chaotic cards I ever put together in a deck. 32 slots are devoted to chaotic cards, 37 to lands, leaving only 30 slots to abuse the chaos you created.
Arjun makes sure pretty much every card in the deck will be in your hand at some time, so you've got plenty of setup possibilities.
Here's the list:

Commander: (1)

Chaos: (32)
{Chance Encounter} - every deck needs a wincon
{Fiery Gambit} - odds of ult are small (1/8), but I'll get some won flips anyway.
{Game of Chaos} - flipping coins all day
{Impulsive Maneuvers} - did I mention the wincon is winning 10 coin flips?

Karplusan is in the list, the thumb is a nice addition though, shifting the odds of getting the desired result to 75% instead of 50 on one toss.
What to cut though?

EDIT: after checking the list again, it seems like {thatchers revolt} is the least beneficial of the support cards, dependent on Confusion to be really useful, and one shot.

EDIT2: after double checking the initial list, I found out chaos already haunts the deck. I was sure I had 99 cards on this list, but they turn out to be 98. Number 99 is {krarks thumb}..
The cut stays, {mogg assassin} is joined by {goblin assassin}, for added removal.
