Guys just one question, how competitive would it be, I take extra damage from the shocks, but don't take the damage from the fow's, but it is fows, so what do y'all think?

Unfortunately all decks in legacy "need" force of will to combat combo decks. BUT, depending on your meta you may not run in to many combo decks... You can try making this deck "esper" for the discard... Thought seize and inquisition of kozilek go a long way on the play to saving you from an early combo.

Slowly making it more cometitive, wanting to know what your suggestions were, and what my future fow's will replace, and should stifle go in as a 1 of?

Stifle is good enough for a 4 of. Just depends on what you want your deck to do.

It depends on the match up. That is the kind of slot in the deck that you need to base around your metagame. If you tune your deck a certain way it is a great card to have 4 of. Otherwise, or in a poor meta for it, 4 can be way too many. There isnt really a right or wrong answer it really depends on what you are trying to accomplish with the deck at any given tournament.
