I'm a big fan of utility lands in edh. Here are some of my fav ones that aren't that expensive(Edit: yeah ok didn't check the Ruins $$ lol): 
{Academy Ruins}
{Lonely Sandbar}
{Remote Isle}
{Myriad Landscape}

A little bit of land destruction should be included just to get rid of the pesky  {Maze of Ith}s or if someone's abusing {Cabal Coffers}. Now some of them are more expensive then others but I'd say 2-3 LD lands could go a long way especially when you have so many basic islands that you can swap out.

{Tectonic Edge}

Land wise there are also other lands like  {Maze of Ith}, {Mystifying Maze}, {Mutavault}, {Vesuva} etc that you can add but those are up for discussion on how your budget is.

Non-land wise  {Mystical Tutor} seems good for you. Also  {Fact or Fiction} Is always value and  {Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir} is damn good.

I figure since I have caged sun, gauntlet of power, and extra planar lense I want all the basic islands I can get. I will definitely be adding academy ruins. I have it before(in foil), but traded it to get modern stuffs. I'll look into mystic tutor as well.

{Caged Sun} Works with any land that taps for the color of mana specified. Now  {Gauntlet of Power} Only works on basics but the cost vs reward of running certain lands needs to be taken into effect. Sometimes the one extra blue mana will help and sometimes a stripmine effect will help. Gotta find the balance. You also have over 30 islands in your deck you should have enough basics to make the Gauntlet and  {Vedalken Shackles} Work

Not having  {Dismiss into Dream} or {Willbreaker}? With dismiss, you untap 4 of your opponents creatures with your commander and kill all of them, or with will breaker you steal all of them. Seems like super value.

Maybe it's just me, but I love theme decks. {teferi's' response} and {teferi's isle} are awesome. Teferi untaps his isle for a total of {U}{U}{U}{U}. And land destruction lands (strip mine etc.) are staples in the format and his "response" is pretty beneficial.
