What can i do to make this semi-comptetitve, without spending /too/ much money?

Four {Mox Opal} is a must. {Steel Overseer} sounds like it could be good. Not too ridiculous but it's bad cause it dies lots.

Y U no {Arcbound Ravager}? It's a must.

I realize it takes some money, but i want to build a semi competitive one, not a tournent level one..  Ill definetly add some arcbound ravagaers, and some ancient tombs

I don't think Jitte fits here. Maybe as a 1 of in the sideboard against creature decks. You should add 2-4  {Chalice of the Void}. So good against so many decks. You can also animate it with tezz.
