A while back I brew up a casual combo deck abusing {possibility storm}. In play testing the deck I found I quite like it, and considered building it. However, 4 {scroll rack} & 4 {sensei's divining top} make it a bit expensive for a casual.
So, I went back to the brewery and came up with a budget alternative.

Land
20 {Mountain}
4 {Spinerock Knoll}
Creature
4 {Guttersnipe}
Sorcery
4 {Worldfire}
4 {Wild Guess}
4 {Faithless Looting}
4 {Tormenting Voice}
4 {Possibility Storm}
Artifact
4 {Crystal Ball}
4 {Conch Horn}
Instant
4 {Lightning Bolt}

So, the basic idea of the deck is to cast {worldfire} and win.
Win con one is to cast it through {possibility storm} with a {guttersnipe} on the field.
Cast a sorcery, have the top card be {worldfire}, opponents die. (Hint: Stack the first guttersnipe trigger to resolve last).
Top and Rack prove great in setting up, with sufficient looting to draw everything needed and pitch the rest. However, in this version I use something cheaper.
{crystal ball} sets up by scrying, {conch horn} is draw & put back on top, just what we need to get that fire out of our hand.
Since these don't dig as deep, a second wincon came in with {spine rock knoll}. With storm and snipe on the field and just {thunderbolt} as instant in the deck, you get the 7 damage to cast {worldfire} for {R}.
In fact, I think you could even stack it on top of another resolving sorcery (and Snipe trigger) but I'd like confirmation on that, due to the wording of knoll.
