When you take control of target creature do you also gain what is attached to it. Like lashwrithe?

Auras or Equipment (or Fortifications) will still be attached to the permanent, but you will not gain control of the attached permanents.  If you steal your opponent's creature with a {Lashwrithe} attached, they still control the {Lashwrithe}, so it'll still count THEIR swamps for the boost, not yours.
