If you just want colorless lands there's a lot that are cheap.

The {Bant Panorama} cycle, {Myriad Landscape}, a bunch of CIPT lands...

It's not ideal, but it's a start. They're how u started with Kozilek.

I'd rather run Kozilek as commander - the draw 4 is amazing.

I figured I'd want Kozzi in the 99 because the shuffle trigger.
And exile two seems nice too late game.
(In play testing I've had Newlamog + resonator out. Exile 40 is pretty badass even in EDH..)

When oath is release you can use the waste basic lands since they are colorless.
