I don't see it. If it had haste it would. But I don't play much of either so I'm just guessing.

Modern burn doesn't want it.

You can't play it before turn 3, and then only if you hit all your land drops.

If it flips a {Boros Charm} you just get sad.
Add in the lack of haste and it's just a meh creature.

It's home wouldn't be burn. It'd be some sort of R/X midrangy shell, and I don't see those being better than burn.

Sadly no. There are just better options. There is nothing wrong with it being a very good standard card

It's ran in some jund lists as a 1 of but no more.
