Any help with my burn deck is appreciated. This is working pretty well for me so far. I know there are some things I can change though.

It's a SB card as a 2 of. If Legacy burn can run it with great effect then so can Modern Burn.

Also check mtgtop8.com burn needs to be consistent so it needs playsets of cards not 1-2 ofs check the site and add what you like from the top decks and cut the bad cards in here

Very playable in legacy let alone modern. And even if this wasnt the case, it would be far from wayyy too slow.

These two halves don't make a good whole. I'd figure out which direction you want to go and drop the other half.

Honestly, unless you plan on fixing this up more solid it should be moved to casual. The land base is clunky, there's too many 1 ofs to actually make this deck a threat. Not trying to be harsh whatsoever but this thread is a competitive thread meant for constructive criticism. But if you do want to make it more competitive then you can respond to some of the suggestions at least.

{Smash to smithereens} is a great sideboard card. It isnt really good maindeck since it is only really useful in a couple of match ups. But in those matcups it is an all star so it is definitely worth having access to a couple from the sideboard

He is correct though. This isn't a deck that can compete at a modern level, at all. This is a casual deck, and it should be in the forum designated for that. Don't take it as an insult, you're just in the wrong forum, or potentially have a skewed idea of what modern is.
