{library of leng} affects discarding, which is putting a card into the graveyard from your hand. To my knowledge there is no card that lets you recycle sacrificed creatures just like that, though there are (mostly black, some white) cards that can pull cards out of the graveyard onto the field, giving about the same effect. (Aka reanimation)

Ah, oops. Yeah for the greater good there are several nice ones. Leng, {Anvil of Bogardan} (though best in combo with Leng),  {Reliquary Tower},  {Spellbook},  {Venser's Journal}.
{Praetor's Counsel} Could be nice too, as it's both getting creatures back & your hand size is set for the rest of the game. (Pretty much like an emblem, no removal can change it).
{Price of Knowledge} is also an option in your colors, yet is mostly used when you are on a path of getting your opponent to have a massive hand.

 {Corpsejack Menace} is a great synergy with ghave, {vindicate}, {utter end}, {pernicious deed}, and {gaze of granite} are useful board control, and I used to play {spiritmonger} cause it's so good against the swords of this and that, and it's beef making more counters. {alpha authority} for protection. Also, the "morbid" mechanic from innistrad block is fantastic cause it's so easy to trigger in this build. Like {tragic slip}, sooo good.
