{goblin game}

Okay so now this card says items. When it says items does it mean I can hide my life counter, my deck box, etc..?

scarsabrex

yes but be reasonable

This card is awesome!! Wow who knew all my dice would actually come in handy..

KulrathKnight

If you manage to hide a deck, that's at least 60 items :)

Haha I didn't read the card that carefully. I guess for a white deck it shouldn't be a problem.

If I may, since I think people might be reading this incorrectly, the idea behind {Goblin Game} is to choose the lowest number possible (unless you like taking damage, which you might) without being the lowest number of everyone.  Almost like a reverse "Price is Right", or a damage "silent-auction."

You really could just write the number on some paper, as long as you make the choice without others knowing, and not being able to change the number.  But where's the fun in that?  :D

Like I said in another thread, I love playing this card! Bc we have an Easter egg hunt. We all scramble to hide our stuff. Each person gets a room or area to hide their stuff.  Then we come back and search for each others stuff. If you were able to hide something and no one found it, we would count it as a two for one, where you only take 1 dmg but count it as two items.  It gets intense. I have a playset of this card and I'm thinking about getting another one.

See, but I don't get that.  Why wouldn't you hide a bazillion things and then only "reveal" one more than the lowest number found?  Like KulrathKnight said, hide a deck of cards.  If you only found 2 of Doug's item, let's say, why would I should anyone that I hid more than 3?  I wouldn't show everyone where I hid all 12 items.

Bilygote

That would be dishonest and construed as cheating

Ya we try and play the honest game with that. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Depends what part of the game we are at. But we have shenanigans rules and stuff to keep it fair. Plus, if we realize that one of us suddenly uses a different life counter or is missing a stack of cards, etc, they auto lose. Plus it's better to reveal all of your items to rub it in their faces that they suck at finding things.

As long as you're havin' fun, that's great!
