If you're willing to splash some blue to add the {Wing Splicer}; giving them all evasion is pretty good. It also lets you add {Venser, the Sojourner} who, while not pauper, allows you to keep bouncing your splicers for more golems. 😁

I was considering the blue splicer I just would end up putting in {birds of paradise} and {rampant growths} and I really like that venser card

{Precursor Golem}, {Golem Foundry} and {Conversion Chamber}. Not sure how you could slot them in, but just a suggestion. 😌

Also, maybe some {Intagible Virtues} and {Tempered Steels}.

I like {Precursor Golem}, but it is risky.  If you do use it, I'd toss in some protection like {Apostle's Blessing} and/or {Mutagenic Growth} type cards. 

I have uploaded my Golem-based deck (My Precious! *golem, golem*) if you want some other ideas.  Remember, there are quite a few other Golems around.

Weary, as in "tired of", or did you mean wary as in "cautious of"?  Not being a grammar police, both would make sense.

LOL  That's what I thought.

I didn't add my sideboard, but I was thinking of trying {Precursor Golem} and cards like {Hunter's Instinct} or cantrips like {Tel-Jilad Defiance} to draw one card for every Golem I control. 

Edit: I forgot to mention {Precursor Golem} + {Cackling Counterpart} or better {Rite of Replication}. ðŸ˜,,

Wow that's a really good combo... I would've never thought of that :p

Yeah, if they go to {Doom Blade} all of your golems, you just make a copy of each one in response.  The originals will go, but the copies will stay, or you could make a ton of copies with a kicked {Rite of Replication}.

Don't forget {Parallel Lives} too!

In my casual golem deck {Wild Pair} is sick tech. {Xenograft} can be fine as well.
