I borrowed your Animar and once Ani hit turn 3, it got pacified pretty fast. I kept stacking counters on him though, and hit the infinite with the bounce artifact. Decided to bounce to 500 counters for good measure.
That was one big fuzzball!
He was pretty mad I ran that combo + drew into Blightsteel.
And it wasn't even proper EDH, since 1v1.

It had a Sigarda out in what is currently my Sigarda deck with ethereal armour and a bunch of Heliod tokens but my lands got armageddoned and the only remaining opponent had Ghostly prison

Only in EDH can you pump up {Yasova Dragonclaw} to be a 24/22 with unblockable, swing for instant death to the winning player, and lose because the board state was so clogged you forgot about his {Pernicious Deed}.

Only in edh can you -2 {koth the hammer}, use sensi's top to find gamble then draw it. Cast {gamble}, not discard your new {comet storm}. then kick comet storm with to nuke all enemies for for 17. with {pyromancer goggles} to get a copy of your comet storm. All while on one life. And finish the last living oppenet with {hoarding dragon} attack that turn.
