What are you splashing red for? The Nalaars and {Magma Jet}? Not worth it IMO. I have a U/B list I can post if you'd like.

Other than that, less creatures, more {Hero's Downfall}.

I agree with link. Don't make your mana worse just to play some less powerful cards. Either go all in on UR or UB. Don't sacrifice mana efficiency and overall consistancy just to play some cards that might or might not help your deck. If you wanna play pia and kiran id suggest trying to play straight UR control.
