Ok so it's a new card that when its cast, target opponent exiles the top 4 cards of their library. You can put any number of lands that players own from exile onto the field. Can this ability find lands exiled by something else like {ashiok, nightmare weaver} or just other oblivion sowers. I know ashiok can't find cards exiled by another ashiok but this wording seems weird.

Can I see a pic? Sounds super weird...if it works with {Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver} then it's gonna be epic. It currently sounds like it does and feels like it shouldn't.

Tentatively, I'm going to say "Yes", because Sower doesn't say "Exiled this way".  You could potentially wombo with {Hedonist's Trove} or {Rest in Peace} to play a bunch of someone else's lands.  However, I'm going to say we should wait until the release notes to know for sure!
