Returning from exile

I was playing a game with 2 Rot Wolves and a Mondronen Shaman (which was transformed into a 5/5) on the battlefield. I attacked with all of them, and my opponent blocked my Shaman with Banisher Priest. He exiled my Immerwolf with it, and the Priest died, so my Immerwolf came back from exile. Immerwolf gives all wolves and werewolves I control +1/+1, so does that +1/+1 apply to my Rot Wolves before they deal their damage to my opponent? Or does the +1/+1 affect my creatures next turn on?

First up: good question, but you might want to consider to post rules questions like these in the rules section next time. More people read that.
As to {immerwolf}, he returns from exile after {banishing priest} leaves the battlefield, which is after combat damage is done, unless the priest is killed by
- an instant during combat but before damage ({divine verdict} upon him becoming a blocker eg)
- if he's killed by first strike damage, the wolf will return before normal damage is done.

Last but not least, if you want to see how to make these pretty blue links around card names, just quote the post to see. Very nice in these sort of questions, as you get a link to the card in question.

As supplemental info to kaylesh's very informative explanation...

If the banisher priest died in normal combat (nothing special killed it like a spell before damage step or first strike damage) then the bonus supplied will apply to your rot wolves AFTER they have already assigned and dealt damage, in effect not mattering this round...
Thanks for adding, just reread my post and realized I squeezed too much info in a paragraph, making the original answer a bit unclear. Thanks again :)
