{Abrupt Decay}, at least in the sideboard. {Golgari Charm} could be some nice anti-wrath tech.

Doesn't stop wrath of god, stops supreme verdict but if it's only stopping half the wraths in the format it's not good enough. I'd agree if goblins turns out to be a legit thing because then we'd have a solid use for -1-1

Touché... Didn't think of that.

Does regenerate work with anger of the gods?

LinkCelestrial

It does. As it wouldn't die so the exile doesn't take place. Is there some weird way to stack the triggers so it does work?

No clue. But Anger of the gods is a more largely used form of mass removal than any of the wraths at this moment so golgari charm could be a viable sideboard option.

G Charm saves from:

Verdict
{Pyroclasm}
{Anger of the gods}
{Lightning Bolt}
{Doom Blade}/{Go for the Throat}/Cut

Doesn't save from:
Path
Wrath (lol rhymes)

I'd say run a 1-2 of G Charm as it also hits random enchantments and can kill Delvers/Young Peezys

If pestermite is used

Fogs Exarch too :P

Edit: Fogs not figs lol

Actually wait lol G Charm can just kill the twin ... Lol

Mr_Fahrenheit

The problem with killing the splinter twin is that they can just make a million tokens in response. You would have to do it in response to them tapping the exarch/perstermite so it resolves before they can untap from the etb trigger. Not sure if that is better than just waiting for them to attack then say 'sorry, not today' and hope they dont have a counter spell.

Mattao19

How on earth would that not be better? Lol sure they get 1 more 1/4 or 1 more 2/1 flier lol but so? They have no more twin now they have to find one of their 3 other twins ......

Mr_Fahrenheit

Because by waiting for their attack phase they lose all their creatures (if its pestermite) as well as lose splinter twin. Thats why it might not be better. Either way though, you're screwed if they have a counterspell. Maybe abrupt decay on their creature might be the best solution for that matchup.
