I'd ban:

{Nourishing Shoal} hurts the Griz Daddy decks enough so they can't really win T2 but still makes them playable.

{Sumer Bloom} maybe but idk

Unbanning:
Can go 1 of 2 ways they can unban a lot in hopes to make modern more powerful. So in that case unban:
{Bloodbraid Elf}

{Punishing Fire} having played the combo with Grove it's not the oppressive. But if they unban BBE they shouldn't unban PF bc Punishing Jund would be ok but I wouldn't mind one or the other though.

{Ancestral Visions} bc Dig is too OP even in modern. AV is very powerful but it can help balance out the damage that BBE has done.

Lastly idk anymore bc Elves has been uber popular but {Green Sun Zenith} sure the T1 {Dryad Arbor} play is great but where else does it become OP in my eyes it's a lot like chord of calling just sorcery and. 2 less mana

Or the Other way where they don't unban anything (let's hope that's not the case bc we all love some spice!)

Snapcaster isn't format warping or defining. It's just a good value creature. They'd be crazy to ban it.

I personally would like to see summer bloom and splinter twin banned. And I would like to see bbe and jace unbanned. Just wishful thinking though.

One more mana, not having a splice cost, being a sorcery, and not giving haste will make it unplayable however.
