Hot Soup

Does  {Hot Soup} allow me to regenerate the Equiped creature if it's dealt damage? I always thought ut said sacrifice instead of destroy from some reason and now it has me confused

Yes, as it says destroy, and regenerate says "the next time it would be DESTROYED...".  Thus, you can regenerate it if it would be destroyed by hot soup.
