I have been introduced to Planechase on Tabletop Simulator. I would like to know if there are any modern cards that would interact/alter a planechase game? Ie: roll an additional dice and choose one, or when you play >this<, planeswalk.

Kaylesh

Nope. The plane chase cards are separate from the mtg game going on.
You can use mana to roll the die, so just have your deck generate infinite mana to walk through the entire planes deck.

I'm not familiar with Planechase but {Krarks Thumb} might have an impact on it if coins must be flipped!

Kaylesh

Rolling dice, no coin flips.
It is a fun variant though.
If you want to try it, dotp 2013 has it I thought.

Edit: 2013 is planechase.
2012 is archenemy.

Only card that directly interacts with Planechase is {Fractured Powerstone}. But you can spend {1} for each previous time you rolled the planar due to roll it again. The first roll is free, the second costs {1}, the third costs {2}, and so on.

Ok, I stand corrected. I thought there was zero interaction.

Unfortunately plane chase cards are rare and expensive

Online I can get the full set of planes for €30,-
The decks are ranging 20-45, depending on the deck. Full set for 110,-

Excuse my ignorance, but do you know how those prices translate into USD?

According to Google €1,- = $ 1,11 atm.

There is a plane chase generator on tumblr, if I remember correctly. My play group uses that.

Full sets are the expensive part. Either way that's not exactly super cheap or easy to find
