What do you guys think of the archangel of tithes? I like it, it seems quite good, but im not sure how well it fits into modern or standard competitive wise

We'll see how it fares against a standard full of dragons. Once they rotate though...

Yes but none of them get any better by being at your end step. 4 damage could {clear a path} for blockers. And making them discard in your upkeep has the potential to make them discard counters or other interactive spells.
