I'm thinking, this is a pretty bad matchup for this deck. It kinda relies on big creatures, and you steal them. Only thing in there that could make the difference is {pharika, God of whatnot}, cause I could exile my grave at the end of your turn and swamp you with snakes.
Edit: That, and I should have saved Garruk..

If you use creatures it's a bad matchup. If you don't I usually win.

I like it. It's pretty strong, but there are ways to beat it. One sturdy hexproof evasion creature and you're done for. At least once you get rid of the trader.
I got in at untap.in as well by the way. However, I can't seem to upload my .dec files directly, so that's gonna be quite the project to get my decks on there...

It falls hard to hexproof like you said. And it's slow. It can get overwhelmed by swarms of creatures.

Figured out an easy way. I can mail the decklist and than copy-paste. Thing is, tapped out does support tablet play, but not phone. There is an iPad app it seems.
