I don't know. I have some experience with a dotp 2015 Kresh deck. You want your creatures to die, to get the counters. Regen prevents dying. Better to give them undying, so Kresh still gets bigger. The hexproof is nice though.

That works he works really nice with {Marchesa, the Black Rose} too, but she's not in Kresh's colors.
