As most of us know, we don't all live in the US. If someone is asking for a cash trade and they live overseas, do I have to pay €16 (~$25) or do I pay it in the US currency?

Discuss it with your trade partner and come to an agreement. I always find out where the other person is from and use their currency. 90% of the time im converting to US currency as most people I deal with are from the states.

Money order in us currency - let them deal with the conversion tax

Paypal is awesome. There are small fees involved but it does all the work for you.
