I've made this elf deck, and modified it for 2 headed giant. Umbral mantle is to help with mana, but basically this deck is about gathering horrendous amounts of mana and using it for one of the win cons. Samples of win cons:

The champ isn't much but it helps a lot. The chosen is a requirement for legacy elves.
