Help?

So I recently switched from U/R Delver to Grixis, and while I see the power level of cards like {Terminate} and {Taisugar, The Golden Fang,} I've just been losing almost every game I play. Has anyone had an experience like this before? Any kind of gameplay mistakes you were making that I might also be making?

You need to think carefully what to terminate, your opponent even not knowing you have it in your hand can lure you to kill threatening creatures just to open room for even more powerful cards, I don't usually play delver decks but if you post the list of yours I could tell you what's wrong or just be like "erm... bad luck? "
