I'm curious as to what its second ability does exactly.  {Underworld Cerberus} Here's the ability: cards in graveyards can't be the target of spells or abilities.

Neither player can use cards like {Rise from the Grave}. Players cant fetch from the graveyard until the cerberus has left the battlefield.
