Shock Lands

ok yall gotta question. A player at my lgs is selling a complete playset of all RTR & GTC shock lands 40 cards in total for $400 good deal or no

He is more or less spot on on what the shocks are worth. I'm not saying lowball but I would offer 350$ and see if he would take it because parting the sets out is a pita and you would be saving him a lot of time and money on avoiding shipping or middlemen

Agreed with the above posts but $400 for a full set if they're in good condition I'd snap buy them (assuming the funds are there
