Cards deleted from database?

Hi,

I have been noticing cards disappearing from certain extensions when they also appear in newer ones (and esp. with dual decks it seems).
However, this behavior is becoming more and more present. Latest cards I tried to add are Precinct Captain, Phantom General, Fencing Ace and Armory Guard (all from Return to Ravnica).
Real issue, or database problem on my device?
