Notes:
Atarka + Xenagos God of Revels = One hit commander damage kill if unblocked. It's fairly powerful, but needs to get dragons out quicker. I just added Explosive Vegetation, Harrow, Peregrination, Sprouting Vines, and Cultivate to help with that, but I'm not sure if that's enough. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I made a few changes based on CbStrad's suggestions, including adding {Vedalken Orrery} so as to cast {Dragonstorm} at instant speed. I'm not sure what to remove for {Chord of Calling} though. Suggestions on improving the mana ramp would be very much appreciated.
