There is nothing casual about Avacyn... especially combined with a wipe.

There are people out there who will never play competitively that have extremely expensive foils from cracking random packs, it happens. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that he plays it without a sleeve.

I had a player shocked at my prerelease DTK. I played a shaman of the ways, but I had been struggling with my build, so didn't have time to sleeve.

I wouldn't expect it to go much beyond the current percent of nonfoil. It was a foil Rare in the intro packs for that set, so foil was heavily opened.
