I showed her what MM1 boxes are currently selling for.  I honestly plan to hold them for a year and hopefully sell for $300+.  Wish me luck lol

Since I started selling stuff on TCG.....she has been pretty cool about it all.  Before I just did it lol

Just heard a rumour from an acquaintance who knows someone that is familiar with the guy who spoiled the original modern masters set. Apparently he reckons the mythics are gonna be goyf, clique, bob, karn, emrakul, ulamog, kozilek, splinter twin, all is dust, tezzeret the seeker, elesh norn, iona and mox opal. And the 5 commands are being reprinted, along with noble heirach, goblin guide and fulminator mage. Take it with a grain of salt, but that is the word on the street.

if this is all true then I am happy I preordered my boxes.  {Splinter twin} at mythic seems interesting choice.

They did the dragons in the last one.

The dragons are not junk mythics. They are EDH mythics. That's why I think it's kinda funny they named it "modern" masters, cuz there were quite a few cards that were reprinted in the set strictly just cuz EDH

They are junk mythics. Kokusho is an actual EDH card, but it was banned when it came out. They were nothing but Junk Mythics

Nope, the set is basically Modern Masters 1 with Zendikar and Scars block added: absolutely nothing past New Phyrexia.
