Recently picked up Civ V again. Love the last expansion. They keep reinventing it.

Have fun losing all your friends. One freaking game takes like 20 years.

Actually, a game as I play usually spans until in the 2000s, so that would be at least 6500 years :p

If it's civ II eventually games can go 10 thousand years into the future or more!

Well, after achieving victory I usually call it the day now. But didn't civ II also cut to score victory @2050? Been a long time.

Dark souls 2 was great at least. Never got to play the first one. Bloodborne is similar. Not as hard overall but definitely lots more unique monsters.

Just picked up a ps4, going to be playing mk X, bloodthorne, alien: isolation and knack, hope they get more games... Seems pretty small

Ok bloodthornes character customization at 12am when you're stoned is not fun. I just wanna play the game. Took me a minute to grab my weapon and kill the first wolf. Then I died and I can't stand load times. Why the hell can't they fix these load times for games.

Switched over to alien and then got a headache from all the initial hall walking & passed out.

So basically if this trend continues: I just box an expensive Apple TV

The Load times were fixed. Did you download the update? Now instead of the super long screen that says bloodborne there's a short screen with facts about items. Game is much better after updating.

Giving it a week and gonna see about changing it up for an Xbox or a wiiu if the Xbox doesn't hold down

Limited library, initial gameplay is limited in all games (mortal Kombat only 2 characters???) (bloodthorne: 5 hour character making process, no explanation of what the duck is going on, knack is just too basic for my taste)

The best thing this system has going for me so far is that I can have Netflix again on my big screen since my ps3 fried. I have a whole amazing library of games that I can't play, that's a huge downfall for the ps4 also.

So one of the {huge downfalls} for the ps4 is that it doesn't play PS3 games? That's a bit odd as every other system, other than PS3, should have those downsides. And the story of bloodborne is very hidden. You have to talk to lots of characters to piece together what is going on. For now just enjoy hunting monsters if you can.  And are you sure you only get two characters in mortal combat? My friends have mortal combat and said you start with 15-20 characters and there are only two that require work to unlock. You sure?

I just uninstalled and reinstalled mk and it still is subzero and scorpion only, no story mode available. I don't have ps plus may be why? I just find it absurd we have only 2 characters

Getting stuck with the huge mob and one big guy for blood Thorne in the first Area, annoyed it doesn't tell me any of the significance of the stats for type of back ground. I never liked the batman arkham games and this reminds of it.

And don't wiiUs play wii games?
