You seem like a cruise deck more than a dig deck. That said I don't think you need either, but if you insist on running one cruise would be better here

I'm not a huge fan of it. I feel like it's more of a SB card vs decks with must answer threats.

Don't ever make a deck with him in it. It will end up completely different than what you expected.

Goblin Rabblemaster is really good. I'll admit there are some decks he's not great against but he's definitely worth 4 slots.

So recent Ojutai pull says a second Ugin is likely. My question:

Who does he replace?

I'm torn between Atarka and Surrak (either one moved to SB)

Surrak is SB IMO.
