Discard

so I'm thinking about running a discard deck with waste not and Risen executioner as to big things, now I know I need things like duress and and mind rot. But what else?  Should I add blue? Or green? It's been a while since I've tried building a standard deck and I'm a little lost.

Blue, green, or both would work. Google/use the search function to look up Sultai aka green blue and black cards. Also, {Thoughseize}.
