They did have a name but they keep changing it. Right now it's called small town collectibles but it started out library games because it's across the street from the public library

Without saying Munch is telling the truth or no: a business can have a name while the store doesn't. The business behind it can be like MTG Hicksville inc. but likely that won't be the name of the store. It is however pretty bad business not to name your store or to keep changing it.
