Infinite Land drops

If I use {Deadeye Navigator} soulbonded with {Solemn Simulacrum} while I have a {Caged Sun} and {Amulet of Vigor} on the field, would each of the Solemn basic tutors enter untapped since Caged Sun produces double and Amulet allows them to enter untapped?

Actually, {Amulet of Vigor} is a trigger.

The lands will enter tapped, then the trigger goes on the stack, then the land will untap as the trigger resolves.

Yeah. You can tutor an {island}, then use it to blink. And again, and again. Since caged sun only doubles one color, and you need {1}{U} to blink him, it'd have to be islands.
At the end of the combo, you'll have all your islands out tapped, and 1 random basic untapped. Unless you had untapped islands on the field to begin with.

or you can alternate Island, whatever color, Island, whatever color. that way you will be alright

Assuming tapped out once you cast simulacrum, with navigator on the field, you get an untapped land, which you need to tap to generate the mana to blink. How do you get the alternate land drop and still generate 2{U}?
You will be able to get any basic for each untapped island you had when starting the combo.

I was assuming solemn on the field. But other way around would work too. Any island you have untapped once you get the combo on the field gets you a basic. Any island you tutor adds one to the number of lands you search.
