{Rending Volley} as sideboard tech maybe? {Anticipate} is kinda bad but it's there. Delver isn't as good since the bans but it's viable.

Delver isn't cheap as you need {Remand}, {Lightning Bolt} ect.

Bolt is in my range, remand isn't. Budget-50-125 dollars for a deck.

Bolt is in my range, remand isn't. Budget-50-125 dollars for a deck.

Hulk combo is just under 125 and is what I play with great results
