As someone who Silumgared a Silumgar, saccing Silumgar only to be Gravepurged into silumgaring my Silumgar, I'm going to say no, I didn't notice a lack of dragons.

At mine everyone or almost everyone had a dragon

I had silumgar, ojutai, and the one 6/4 for 6 that gains protection from a color when you cast a noncreature.
