Eruption would make you sac {Kresh the Bloodbraided}, losing all the counters.

It IS rediculously mana intensive, but there are ways around it.

If you have the mana, {Reins of Power}, but it's blue.  {Gauntlets of Chaos}?

There's really no way I can think of that lets you keep control of Kresh and not have it be sacrificed.

no. first of all you would have to hope he had no counters yet. second it still doesn't matter because by the time undying resolves everything has already been sacrificed.
