The deck looks pretty good IMO, im just curious, how does the legend rule apply to narset in this case? Like if you have the planeswalker can you have enlightened master on the same field or is it one or the other?

Type only matters for Planeswalkers. So you can't have {Jace Beleren} and {Jace, Architect of Thought} out at the same time but you can have {Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind} and {Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius} out at the same time.
