Yah xD I forgot how much better I feel on them....it's almost scary o.0 but it takes a while to get in that sleep cycle. Idk if I was doing it the best way, but I figured out that in order to get the right amount of sleep (9 hours) I would need to be asleep by 10 and up by 7. So I wouldn't use screens past 9 and I would listen to binaural tones so I could fall asleep. And then I set a song to go off as my alarm rather than just a super annoying tone so I could ease awake. I wish it had worked xD

I try not to hold on to things like crushes. Low self esteem and sociopathic tendencies are actually helpful in this area.
